Load bank testing steps the set through 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent of rated load while recording voltage, frequency, current and power factor at each step, together with coolant temperature, oil pressure and exhaust readings, so you get evidence that the unit carries its rating and not just that it starts. Pre-purchase and pre-shipment inspection covers nameplate and serial verification, hour meter check, oil and coolant condition, fuel system and filter condition, battery and charger, insulation resistance of the alternator windings, control panel and protection settings, plus a photo report listing defects by severity.
