Alternator and AVR support for generator sets in Fujairah and the east coast, supplied from our workshop stock. We keep AVRs and voltage regulators, diodes and surge suppressors, bearings, slip rings and brushes, cooling fans, terminal boards and excitation parts for the alternator side of the set, and supply MG (MGS) and Mitsubishi engine parts alongside. Where a part is not on the shelf we rewind or rebuild: stator and rotor rewinding with new copper, varnish and bake, bearing replacement and balancing, then a test run with voltage and insulation readings before it goes back on site. Practical use cases are an alternator that no longer holds voltage, a burnt winding after an overload, or a controller that keeps tripping on excitation faults.
