Visits cover engine oil and filter change, air and fuel filter replacement, coolant check and top-up, battery and charging system test, belt and hose inspection, radiator cleaning, control panel and safety shutdown test, and a loaded running check. Contracts are set by duty: monthly for prime power, quarterly for standby, plus an annual service with load bank testing to prove the set still carries its rating. Each visit is logged with running hours and a written report showing readings and the next service due, so the maintenance history stays with the unit. Contracted sets get 24/7 breakdown cover with on-call attendance and genuine Perkins, Cummins and Kubota consumables, plus AVR, controller and alternator parts from stock. Pricing is per unit per year after a site survey.
