Installation and commissioning of diesel generator sets in Dubai, including ATS and synchronising panel work. Scope covers site survey and load assessment, positioning and foundation or skid mounting with anti-vibration pads, exhaust and fuel line installation, LV cable termination, ATS wiring and changeover testing, earthing checks, and commissioning with load bank verification before handover. For multi-set projects we build and commission synchronising panels with Deep Sea, ComAp or Woodward controllers, paralleling generators with each other and with the mains, including load sharing, protection settings and black-start logic. Panels are assembled and tested in our workshop before delivery, then proven on site. We also supply and integrate generator controllers, AVRs and switchgear.
